NBBA Members,
Since the World Series, our Board of Directors has been hard at work advancing our mission and preparing for a milestone moment, our 50th World Series. We have restructured committees, strengthened partnerships, and expanded outreach to grow the game we love.

New Year, New Board Initiatives

We welcomed five new board members, reflected on lessons from the past year, and made key improvements to strengthen collaboration and efficiency.

Committee Consolidation:

We have streamlined operations into ten core committees: Tournament, Awards, Budget/Finance, Bylaws, Ethics, Nominations, Outreach, Projects, Public Relations, Rules, and Vision. If you are interested in getting involved, reach out to a member of the board to learn more. Each committee has ongoing projects and would welcome your involvement.

50th World Series Celebration Committee:

A special team is planning the events that will commemorate this historic milestone. Get ready to celebrate the golden anniversary of beep baseball next summer!

Outreach Success:

The NBBA partnered with MindsEye Radio and George Mason University to host the Ultimate Beep Baseball Tournament in Fairfax, VA. With nine board members and 75 participants involved, it was a tremendous success in expanding awareness and engagement.

Tournament & Public Relations Directors Hit the Ground Running

Darnell Booker – Tournament Director

• Assembled an experienced planning team for the 2026 World Series.
• Conducted site visits at the host hotel and DuPage County ballfields.
• Led planning meetings with the host city and membership.
• Proposed a Monday night showcase game, supported by 13 teams and counting.

Darren Keepers – Public Relations Director

• Launched weekly campaigns: Motivational Mondays, Throwback Thursdays, and Home Run Saturdays.
• Revitalized the NBBA YouTube channel with curated playlists and over 100 videos, including Beep Baseball 101, a comprehensive learning hub covering rules, training, and game strategy.
