Beep balls being used for the World Series

At the 2021 World series, Should the 200 Fonzie balls or the Denver balls that are available (108 new balls, being shipped from Ames and the 95 already used balls from the 2019 World Series in Tulsa) be used first?
Many expressed that teams who have not received any balls ordered from Alfonso Medrano yet, would be at a disadvantage for not using them.
Can a ball made by Alfonso Medrano for each team attending the World Series be provided to each team prior to the World Series?

B1 Vision Certification Policy

Can the policy adopted by the board at the Spring Board meeting, which exempts players who successfully certify that they are B1 from being taped between Tuesday and Friday games be extended to also include the championship game?

Electronic Payments being submitted

Can those teams who use Venmo or Zell pay only the $310 for the World Series fee where those who use PayPal have been requested to pay $320?
