Friday evening reception, 6 pm – 10 pm @ Holiday Inn – sandwiches, sides, snacks, beer and soft drinks
Lunch on Saturday under the big tent – hot dogs, sides, cookies and soft drinks
Saturday evening banquet, 6:30 pm @ Holiday Inn – Family style dinner including salad, vegetable, roasted chicken, pasta, Italian sausage, garlic bread and cookies
Five shade tents at each playing field
Cold water at each players bench, under the big tent
