Beep begins at the 9 position, Baseball between 11 and 1 on the clock face and Association between the 2 and 5 positions. The letters are a combination of red and blue. In the center, of the patch is a white ball with the letters "NBBA" in print and braille.

Welcome to the Registration Page for Teams and Individuals of the National Beep Baseball Association

The National Beep Baseball Association is a registered 501(C)3 organization. The NBBA is a membership organization which collects a team, individual and World Series registration fee annually. Payment of these fees can be submitted electronically or by sending a check or money order.  See the payment methods and instructions further down on this page.

The National Beep Baseball Association is comprised of both Affiliate Teams and individual members.
In order to participate in the annual Beep Baseball World Series, several steps must be completed.
These steps are:

  • Submit a $25 fee and your team name with two team contacts by March 1
  • Submit your team rosters plus a $20 fee for each individual on the roster by June 1
  • Submit your World Series Registration fee of $400 plus any roster changes by July 1

Step 1, Registering your Team with the NBBA

At the beginning of each year, in order to participate as a team with the NBBA at the Beep Baseball World Series, a team must register their name with the NBBA no later than March 1. Registering your team name, requires that names of two individuals who will serve as liaisons or team contacts must be provided in addition to a $25 team name fee.
In order to complete the team name requirements and submit the names and info of those who will be the team contacts, send the requested information by email to the NBBA Secretary, Stephen Guerra, secretary@nbba.org

Information which must be provided and sent by email is:

  • Full name of each representative
  • Mobile number of each representative
  • E-Mail address of each representative

Note: The requested information must be received by e-mail by the NBBA Secretary no later than 11:59PM Eastern time on March 1 of each year.
Submissions received after March 1 for returning teams, will result in a late fee of $50 in addition to the $25.

Submit your NBBA Fees Electronically

If you would like to pay electronically with a credit/debit card, the NBBA is collecting membership fees starting May 1, 2025 via the Zeffy platform.

Pay your NBBA membership fees of $20 per person on your roster through Zeffy.
Keep in mind, the payments are specifically $20 per person on your roster. You can indicate how many members on your roster, i.e. 20 members and Zeffy will calculate that your payment is $400 for $20 multiplied by 20 members equals $400 total in cost.

Pay and submit your NBBA World series Registration Fee of $400 through Zeffy.
The World Series registration is $400 and the quantity is one.
