NBBA WORLD SERIES PLANNING GUIDE

TRANSPORTATION:

1. Make arrangements with a rental agency for TEAM/individual rentals. Be sure to include 15 passenger vans for team use, as well as a broad range of other vehicles. Have all contact information and requirements to the NBBA secretary for inclusion in the Spring newsletter by March 1st.
2. Make arrangements for mass transportation of teams, volunteers and officials to and from the hotel and the fields each day of tournament play, for any special events you may host and, if needed, to and from the airport.
3. For savings on this, ideas include obtaining a “Transportation Sponsor” (check with company to make sure signage may be hung on the buses) and checking with local schools, churches or universities.
