Viper Classic Registration Form

The 2005 Viper Classic 6-team beep baseball tournament will be held Saturday and Sunday, July 9 and 10, 2005. The Central Ohio Beep Baseball Association and the Columbus Vipers in Columbus, Ohio will host this round-robin tournament. Teams will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. The team registration fee is $75 plus 5 working beep baseballs. DEADLINE for registration is May 1st, 2005. The host hotel is again Holiday Inn on the Lane, with games played adjacent to the hotel in Tuttle Park. Please complete the form below and return it with your team registration fee to:
