Midwest City Tournament

June 25th and 26th

Please note the following information regarding the 2005 Midwest City Regional Beep Ball Tournament. The dates of June 25 – June 26 have been confirmed and the tournament will be held at Joe B. Barnes Park in Midwest City, OK. Rooms have been reserved at 3 host hotels located near the park. The hotels are Comfort Inn, AmeriSuites, and Hampton Inn. In order to get a special tournament rate, reservations will be handled through the Midwest City Convention and Visitors Center. Instructions for reserving rooms are in the registration packets and will be sent to potential tournament participants upon request. All hotels are located within walking distance of a convenience store and an excellent restaurant. Other area restaurants offer delivery service to all hotels.

The hotel arrangements for the tournament are in the Midwest City Oklahoma area this year making it more convenient for the players to get back and forth from the field and hotel. Oklahoma League for the Blind will have their bus available for transportation needs back and forth from the hotel and tournament.

The cost of the registration, per team, will be $85.00 and 5 NEW balls. Deadline for team sign up will be May 6th, 2005.

Teams confirmed to participate in this tournament to date include the Chicago Comets and the Oklahoma City Bombers. If you plan on participating, please initiate contact as soon as possible so that we can send registration information, finalize plans for the Friday night reception, and order t-shirts.
