ARTICLE VIII: REPORTING AND NOMINATIONS
The Chair of all committees shall furnish oral or written reports to the Board of Directors at their regular meetings and to the annual convention. Nominations for Officers and/or Directors whose terms expire that year should be sent, in writing, to the Chair of the Nominating Committee forty five (45) days prior to the annual convention.
